Interim & Project Management
If there is a need for interim management within your company, we have competent people available within the company and in our network. All of us we have years of experience in different fields of aviation, managerial, operational and in airworthiness.
Currently a Quality Manager is working with an ACMI operator, an Auditor is performing Airworthiness reviews with several airlines and a Executive Manger is setting up a new company in the field of business aviation.
Other people with experience and competences as Project Managers, Training Manager and Manager Flight Operations are available.
Projects
A ‘Very Light Jet’ company, in its startup phase, was in the need of interim management for their support organization. The person we provided had a background as Flight Operations and General Manager and had experience with setting up new companies and operations.
With two operators QST is currently delivering interim Safety Managers.
