Quality
Auditing in Operations and Airworthiness
Due to our long and international auditing experience in aviation and the variety in different auditors we have, we are capable of performing a wide range of audits, e.g. compliance audits (EU-OPS, Part 145, Part M), safety audits, or IOSA audits.
Regulatory / IOSA compliance
One of the troublesome issue when dealing with new or changing aviation regulation or when you are applying for a IOSA registration, is document compliance. We can help you by writing your manuals or by supporting you in developing the manuals.
Airworthiness reviews
With QST Safe Skies we have specialists for certification of your Airworthiness Review system. Specially for the first year extra resources to perform reviews on all your aircraft could be needed.
Process improvement
To remain competitive, companies must improve their processes: eliminating non-value-added waste, reducing variation and improve customer satisfaction. Mainly it is about changing how employees think and work, it involves a paradigm and culture change. Support and training are essential during the initial phase until process improvement becomes part of normal way of doing things.
Projects
Airworthiness review project
A B767 and B737 operator was supported in the certification of their Airworthiness Review system. QST developed together with the operator the regulatory compliance and their procedure manual and took part in the initial reviews.
Process improvement project
Currently a process improvement project is run with an airline and in its initial phase. The project objectives are aligned with the operator strategy and initial workshops were organized. The Steering- and project team have selected the first processes to be improved by improvement teams.
